India can perform the offshore operation for the space program. ISRO made a mission to Mars by spending less than 100 million USD. The money, which they spent is less than the budget of a Hollywood blockbuster movie. So, they proved the cheap cost space program is possible. If NASA and other European space organisations join hands with ISRO (Indian space research organisation), they can make cheap cost space program and plenty of money can be saved and utilised in other programs. After all, we are just human. US and European Government can save money, if they joined with Indian space organisations.
India may not be well developed country, but they have brilliant minds and hard working professionals there. In the field of science and technology, they are also going at full speed like well developed countries. If human kind needs humongous progress in the field of science and technology, they need to collaborate with each other. Instead of giving aid to countries like India, the developed countries can join their hands in the field of science and technology provide the fund for their work, which is like giving opportunity.
For well developed countries, they can save billions of dollar and utilise it in other purposes. I really want to see the progress of humankind in the field of science and technology, that is the reason to write this in my blog.

Please be polite. My point is not to swap the job of american scientist, i m talking about how to utilise the resources in cheaper way and save money.
If they save ample amount of money, they will surely spend it in useful way for their citizen.
One way and two benefit.
The purpose is great and the message is purely to bring the change... #iamalreadyagainstthenextwar ....
Super power need to give opportunity for countries like us and they can save the money - which can be used in other good purposes like eradicating poverty...
